Thanks, Michael. I'm always look for different models and ways of thinking about professional practice *outside* librarianship--that may in itself be telling about where I am professionally. I think we need to revitalize our foundations and better habits of mind are one avenue for doing precisely that. The Third Millenium book, I highly recommend.
